6% Luer Connector Performance Tester

The Series of Testing Conical Fittings with a 6% (Luer) Taper is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 1962 and ISO80369 standards. It is mainly used to test the performance indexes of syringes, injection needles, infusion sets, transfusion needles, catheters, anesthesia filters and other medical instruments (Luer) conical joints (locked and non-locked), such as leakage, air leakage, separation force, opening torque, easy assembly, resistance to sliding wire, stress cracking and so on.

Professional technology

It adopts 7-inch colorful LCD touch screen and PLC Chinese menu display.

The instrument complies with GMP three-level authority certification and meets the requirements of audit and tracking.

The test data is displayed in real time, and the test results are automatically judged. If the test results are unqualified, the alarm will be buzzed automatically, and the test data and results will be printed out by the printer for analysis.

Select the nominal capacity of the syringe in the system, and display the axial force, torque, holding time, internal water pressure, separation force and positive and negative pressure leakage rate applied by the assembly during the test. The test results can be printed by the airborne printer.

ISO 80369 test items: pressure attenuation leakage, positive pressure liquid leakage, sub atmospheric pressure air leakage rate (equipped with negative pressure leakage rate tester), stress cracking, anti axial separation, anti loosening separation, anti overload, etc.
