  • Single and group statistical analysis of test results can be performed

  • With ISP online control and upgrade function, the test function can be changed remotely according to requirements

  • Special computer communication software for real-time test display and data analysis and processing, data storage

Principle

The instrument adopts the principle of infrared sensor method test, the sample to be tested is mounted between the dry and wet cavities at constant temperature, there is a certain humidity difference between the two sides of the sample, due to the existence of humidity gradient, water vapor will diffuse from the high humidity cavity to the low humidity cavity, in the low humidity cavity, water vapor is carried by the carrier gas to the infrared sensor, into the sensor will produce the same proportion of the electrical signal, through the analysis of the sensor electrical signal calculation, so as to obtain the water vapor transmission rate and moisture permeability coefficient of the sample.

Standard

ISO 15106-2、ASTM F1249、GB/T 26253、TAPPI T557、JIS K7129、YBB00092003-2015

Application

Water vapor transmission rate testing of various plastic films, plastic composite films, paper-plastic composite films, geomembranes, co-extruded films, aluminized films, aluminum foil, aluminum foil composite films, waterproof breathable films and other film-like materials.

Water vapor transmission rate test for various engineering plastics, rubber, building materials (waterproof materials for construction), insulation materials and other sheet materials, such as PP sheet, PVC sheet, PVDC sheet, nylon sheet, etc.

Suitable for water vapor transmission rate testing of paper and cardboard.
